Dialysis Facilities and Transplant Centers in the Northwest

As of November 2018, we have moved our list of closed facilities to our emergency preparedness page here

If you know of any closed facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana or Washington, please fill out our new electronic form located on the emergency preparedness page. The Network also enters facility closure status at The Nephron Information Center.

Here is a list of transplant centers.  The Transplant Resources page includes a summary of the selection criteria each center uses to prioritize potential transplant recipients.

For maps and driving directions, facilities in other states (see the next paragraph for new facilities), and details about services offered at each facility, visit Nephron or Dialysis Facility Compare. Dialysis Facility Compare also grades each facility on several measures of treatment quality.

Look in on Networks in other regions of the country, and see what's happening on the national level, at the ESRD Network Coordinating Council. Check with these regional Networks for information about new facilities.

If you're an international traveler, check The List from Dialysis & Transplantation Magazine for facilities worldwide that accept visitors. Our Patient Page has links to other resources on national and international traveling.
