Here is a list of Transplant Centers. The Transplant Resources page includes a summary of the selection criteria each center uses to prioritize potential transplant recipients.

Dialysis Facility Compare also grades each facility on several measures of treatment quality, including anemia, transfusions, dialysis adequacy, vascular access rates, mineral and bone disorder, hospitalization rates, and mortality rates.  


Look in on Networks in other regions of the country, and see what's happening on the national level, at the ESRD Network Coordinating Council. Check with these regional Networks for information about new facilities.

Facility Closures and Emergency Preparedness

As of November 2018, we have moved our list of closed facilities to our emergency preparedness page HERE. If you know of any closed facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana or Washington, please fill out our new electronic form located on the emergency preparedness page.
